We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls that limit who can view call and message data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to authorized personnel.
6. Healthcare information (HIPAA)
When we handle protected health information on behalf of a healthcare provider, we do so as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the applicable Business Associate Agreement. Patient information is used only to provide the contracted services and is protected under those terms.
